About Patsy

As a lifelong resident of the Gainesville, Hall Country area, I can legitimately say that I “know the lake.” Sitting at the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains, Lake Sidney Lanier has over 692 miles of shoreline consisting of many fingers and peninsulas, making it difficult to get a handle on – unless you’ve been around it all of you life.

I’ve been involved in the sale of Lake Lanier property for over 28 years and have over 155,000,000 in total sales. In the mid 90′s, each year for three consecutive years I sold the most expensive home ever sold on Lake Lanier. additionally, in 1999 I developed a 43 lot subdivision on the lake.

When I tell you that this area is a great place to live, I tell you from experience. Since the lake was developed in the 1950′s, I have skied, fished, floated, and played on Lake Lanier. Cruising the lake on a lazy Sunday afternoon, I have watched the sun set and the moon rise; to me there is not a more beautiful place in the entire Southeast.

During my real estate career, I worked with The Norton Agency, RE/MAX and now returned to my home base with the Norton Agency. I have earned the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Graduate Realtors Institute (GRI) certification, Georgia Real Estate Broker license, and the Sliver Phoenix awarded by the Hall County Board of Realtors for 20 years of selling over one million dollars in real estate along with the professional awards shown on the left.
